We want to keep Gift Vouchers as flexible as possible, with this Gift Voucher you do not need to choose the driving date now. Person who receives it can simply choose the date which is the most suitable for him/her and book a car through our booking system using Gift Voucher to cover all or part of Racing Experience expenses.

The best instant gift! At the moment you purchase it, you or your gift’s recipient (it can be added directly to his/her email or simply sent to you) will receive a Gift Voucher immediately. The e-mail that you or recipient receive will include nice Gift Voucher which can be printed as a nice gift with all instructions of how to use it. The Gift Voucher code will be valid for 1 year from the purchasing date.

Terms of use for Ringfreaks GmbH Gift Vouchers

Use of a Voucher Code

  1. Sequence of using a Gift Voucher:
    a) Purchase a Gift Voucher for a desired amount;
    b) Receive a Gift Voucher with a unique code via the e-mail;
    c) Go to the site: www.ringfreaks.de, choose the Race car you would like to drive;
    d) Go through all booking steps, as you would book it usually (choose a car, a date and add-ons);
    e) In the last step (Payments) enter your unique Gift Voucher code to the field “I want to use a coupon”;
    f) Get a discount and finish a booking procedure.
  2. Every purchased Voucher gets a unique code, which will be sent by e-mail, as well as written on a Gift Voucher.
  3. The owner of a Gift Voucher can use purchased amount for all Ringfreaks GmbH offered services.
  4. If the value of the voucher exceeds the amount charged, the balance of the voucher will remain valid until the expiry date under the same voucher code and may be used with another booking. Please note that you will not receive a new voucher for the residual value and will not get the cash payment of the balance.

Purchase and validity

  1. A voucher may only be purchased online at www.ringfreaks.de or at the Ringfreaks GmbH office. The voucher code, details and a Gift Voucher are sent by e-mail in PDF format to the address indicated, to a purchaser or to an additional recipient.
  2. Vouchers can only be issued in euros.
  3. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchasing date.  You will find the expiry date on the voucher. It is not possible to extend the term of the voucher beyond the expiry date or to redeem it for cash.
  4. Gift vouchers are issued by the same time you purchase it. Automatic e-mail will reach you within few minutes. In case of malfunction of the system – please contact us via the e-mail: info@ringfreaks.de and we will issue a Gift Voucher within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions of Ringfreaks GmbH are valid for all bookings and race car rental, including services provided using Gift Vouchers.
