If you are looking for one of the most fun cars to drive on the Nürburgring and prefer FWD – you can’t go wrong with choosing Clio RS200. No wonder this car won “People’s Performance Car of The Year” whilst also beating off rivals such as the Lamborghini Gallardo and other exotica in an Evo Magazine Group Test. AutoCar Magazines front cover simply stated “World’s Greatest Hot Hatch”.
This particular car is build for racing so it’s very fast and safe to drive on track. It has FIA approved roll cage, Recaro bucket seats, one of the best racing suspension setup using KW Competition coilovers, massive Brembo brakes, AIM data logging system with dash screen, so you will always see your lap times and other useful information.
Usually we are fans of RWD cars, but this Clio RS after adjustments for racing really surprised us how fun it is to drive on the track. We recommend this car for everyone – no matter if you are beginner or experienced racer. It also has traction control, ABS, so it is easy to drive on wet track.
If you drive really well, this car can do Nürburgring BTG under 8 minutes. Enough to overtake much more powerful street cars. It’s all about cornering speeds, not just being fast in straights.
